Lakes Title is a newly formed title agency that was established on October 1, 2001. The members of Lakes Title currently consist of Millie Ramos-Pombo; and Anastasia M. Garcia (the “Members”).

Millie Ramos-Pombo is a licensed Title Agent for the State of Florida. She has many years of Real Estate experience working with major law firms as well as title agencies. As Managing Member, Millie is administrating the office and overseeing the day-to-day activities. Millie is involved in reviewing title, preparing closing statements, and interacting with all parties involved in a transaction. She resolves title problems amicably and efficiently and is prepared to have a file complete and ready to close prior to the lender advising of a closing. As Managing Member, she is also involved in the marketing and training of all new employees.

Anastasia M Garcia, is an attorney specializing in the area family law and commercial litigation. Anastasia has also run for office of State Representative and is very involved in the community. Anastasia participates in the closings when time permits. Anastasia’s focus is primarily on marketing for Lakes Title.
